Ahmedabad, August 13: On the Ahmedabad-Palanpur section, Several Trains Cancelled on August 13 and 14 as Western Railway carries out the commissioning of an Automatic Signalling System between Ambaliyasan, Jagudan, Mahesana and Bhandu Motidau, along with a Non-Interlocking (NI) block. As part of the work, several trains have been fully cancelled, partially cancelled, or diverted via alternate routes.
Trains Fully Cancelled on August 14
The following DEMU, MEMU and Passenger train services will remain cancelled on August 14:
- 79433/79434 Sabarmati BG–Patan–Sabarmati BG DEMU
- 69207/69208 Gandhinagar Capital–Varetha–Gandhinagar MEMU
- 79437/79438 Mahesana–Abu Road–Mahesana DEMU
- 79431/79432 Sabarmati–Mahesana–Sabarmati BG DEMU
- 59509/59510 Mahesana–Viramgam–Mahesana Passenger
- 59481/59482 Mahesana–Bhildi–Mahesana Passenger
- 59475/59476 Mahesana–Patan–Mahesana Passenger
- 79435/79436 Sabarmati BG–Patan–Sabarmati BG DEMU
- 59483/59484 Mahesana–Patan–Mahesana Passenger

Partially Cancelled Trains
A few express and intercity trains will run on truncated routes on specific sections:
- 14822 Sabarmati–Jodhpur Express: Partially cancelled between Sabarmati and Abu Road on August 14
- 14821 Jodhpur–Sabarmati Express: Partially cancelled between Abu Road and Sabarmati on August 13
- 20959 Valsad–Vadnagar Intercity Express: Partially cancelled between Gandhinagar Capital and Vadnagar on August 14
- 20960 Vadnagar–Valsad Intercity Express: Partially cancelled between Vadnagar and Gandhinagar Capital on August 14

Several long-distance mail and express trains will be diverted during the signalling work window:

- 04173 Prayagraj–Veraval Special (Aug 13): Diverted via Palanpur–Bhildi–Mahesana–Viramgam
- 14807 Jodhpur–Dadar Express (Aug 14): Diverted via Mahesana–Katosan Road–Kalol–Sabarmati BG
- 19408 Lalgarh–Sabarmati BG Express (Aug 13): Diverted via Mahesana–Katosan Road–Kalol–Sabarmati BG
- 20626 Bhagat Ki Kothi–MGR Chennai Central Express (Aug 14): Diverted via Mahesana–Katosan Road–Kalol
- 19031 Sabarmati BG–Yog Nagari Rishikesh Yoga Express (Aug 14): Diverted via Sabarmati BG–Kalol–Katosan Road–Mahesana–Patan–Bhildi–Palanpur; halts at Siddhpur and Unjha withdrawn
- 19032 Yog Nagari Rishikesh–Sabarmati BG Yoga Express (Aug 13): Diverted via Palanpur–Bhildi–Patan–Mahesana–Katosan Road–Kalol–Sabarmati BG; halts at Siddhpur and Unjha withdrawn

Advisory for Passengers
Passengers travelling on the Ahmedabad-Palanpur route, or on any of the above-listed trains, are strongly advised to check their PNR status and the revised train schedule before starting their journey, as these changes are being implemented specifically in connection with the signalling upgrade work on August 13 and 14.
